ninetysixeast Island Accommodation Rooms & Rates

When choosing to stay in our renovated retro weatherboard home, you don’t have to compromise on luxury and comfort. Our rooms come complete with own en-suite, comfortable queen bed and deck. ninetysixeast does not have in-house self-catering facilities.

We also have all the modern facilities you need, including:

  • Ceiling fans and air conditioning.
  • Radio, TV.
  • Tea/coffee facilities and small bar fridge.
  • Rooms made up and cleaned daily.
  • Free Wifi. (with strict conditions apply).

Private, Queen size, en-suite room, bed n’ breakfast: AUD $ 235pp / night. (minimum 2 people). Now includes use of a Cocos courtesy Buggy for the first 2 days.

An additional rate for room cleaning including deep cleaning, maybe applied.

Rates are per room, per couple accommodation and include a served continental breakfast. Minimum stay (dependant on plane schedules) is 4 days/3 nights.

We personally meet all guests at the island airport on arrival with our Cocos Buggies offering you a simple island tour, pointing out the island facilities along the way.

Our standard overnight accommodation comes with a continental breakfast;

We can coordinate with others on the island for tours, boat trips and a range of day outings. There are also various community groups for activities such as golf, tennis, and beach walking that are open for guests to join while on holiday. No matter how you like to spend your days, there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Or as little as you want to do.

A typical evening at ninetysixeast is more likely to be quiet. Our guests often enjoy relaxing activities, such as star gazing, enjoying a good book, playing a game of cards, chatting on the deck, or watching a movie.
